Applications are invited for the post of LVP Community Engagement Officer based within the HQ Other Lancashire Volunteer Partnership department based at Blackburn Greenbank.
The purpose of this role is to promote social action and the formation of a Lancashire Social Action Network that seeks to build community resilience by identifying and providing support to local community groups that seek to involve people in social action activities. To facilitate the delivery of positive outcomes that prevent harm, reduce vulnerability, encourage inclusiveness and community participation whilst reducing dependency on statutory services.
