Applications are invited for the post of Organisational Development Advisor, within the Organisational Development division, Learning & Organisational Development OD Team based at Hutton Headquarters.
The purpose of this role is:
- To provide professional OD advice to managers and staff across the constabulary.
- To plan, implement, coordinate and monitor OD activities and projects.
- To work with colleagues across other functions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation and make appropriate recommendations to improve service delivery and achieve improvement.
