Applications are invited for the post of Crime Training Team Leader, within the Learning & Development Department based at Hutton Headquarters.

The purpose of this role is:

- To ensure effective performance management of officers and staff within the Investigative Training Team.

- To ensure and improve quality standards of investigative training.

- To research, develop, design, plan and deliver Detective Sergeant/Inspector courses in accordance with the College of Policing learning outcomes.

- To facilitate and co-ordinate specialist Senior Investigation Officer (SIO) training in accordance with the College of Policing mandatory requirements.
