An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the police family as Workforce Representation Co-ordinator.
The purpose of this role is to work closely with local groups/organisations to develop opportunities to maximise workforce representation to mirror the communities of Lancashire. The successful candidate will be forward thinking with excellent communication skills. Equality and diversity awareness is key. The post will be based at Hutton HQ, however the candidate will have responsibility for the Burnley area.
