Do you want to become part of a Committee which is responsible for enhancing trust and confidence in the ethical governance and actions of Lancashire Constabulary and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner?

Are you able to grasp complex issues and challenge decisions where appropriate?

If you can and you are not currently a serving police officer, an officer of the Special Constabulary, a serving police staff member or a member of staff in Clive Grunshaw's office then you may be the person we are looking for.

Clive Grunshaw, Police & Crime Commissioner for Lancashire and the Chief Constable Andy Rhodes are looking to appoint two members for the Joint Audit and Ethics Committee for Lancashire. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the wider policing family. Your skills and experience will help enrich the decision making of senior leaders for the benefit of Lancashire communities.

You will receive an annual allowance of £500 plus attendance allowance of £211.50 per day (pro rata). The committee sits on a quarterly basis but you may also be required to attend additional meetings and the term of office will run to 31 March 2023.
