Lancashire Constabulary's HQ Operations Contact Management Department is seeking an Investigation Management Unit (IMU) Processor to be based at Burnley.

This is a newly formed role that will be challenging and busy within a 24/7 environment. The purpose of this role is to ensure the highest levels of data quality are input and maintained within the Constabulary’s investigations.

The successful candidates will be required to work in accordance with the attached rota. Please note your 20% Shift Allowance and Weekend Working Allowance will only commence once training has been completed.

All applicants will be required to undertake a psychometric test before progressing to the interview stage. The psychometric test is designed for many customer service jobs that involve obtaining and manipulating information whether face-to-face or over the telephone. The candidate is tested on their ability to sift information and apply rules efficiently, using minimal judgement.
