This is an exciting and superb opportunity for police staff looking for progression or lateral development on an LC7 role in Corporate Development Dept. The role is temporary up to 31st August 2019 to cover Maternity leave.

We are looking for a motivated and engaging individual who can manage and develop our approach to Hate Crime and Valuing Difference. Your empathetic approach to individuals from a range of communities and backgrounds will be essential in maintaining and developing partnerships to help keep our communities safe, and feeling safe. You will work with Heads of Department, other staff across the Constabulary and varying community members to encourage the reporting of Hate Crime and increase access to Police services.

Although the job is based at HQ in Corporate Development Department, the working location is negotiable subject to demand.
