Lancashire Constabulary's Media & Engagement department is seeking a Website Officer to be based at Hutton Headquarters.
It’s an exciting time for Lancashire Constabulary with digital services transforming the way we police and keep you safe. Our internal and external web platforms are more crucial than ever; helping us to communicate vital news and information and enabling people to do more transactions with us on-line.
We need the right people to join our existing Media & Engagement team to help us take this work forward. Have you got what it takes?
We are looking for a motivated and proven Web Officer who can manage and develop our public facing and staff focused websites. Your excellent web and content skills will help us to ensure that the information on the Constabulary’s websites and intranet is interesting and engaging and that we are delivering the right online services and channels to help keep our communities safe, and feeling safe. You will work with Chief Officers, Heads of Department and other staff across the Constabulary to prepare content including text, images and video as well as liaising with staff, stakeholders and suppliers to develop online services and ensure Constabulary websites are an integral part of service delivery.

Please note interviews/assessments will take place w/c 26th November.
The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free unlimited car parking on site.
All successful applicants will be subject to Vetting clearance.
Applicants should also note that there is a minimum UK residency criterion of three years for Recruitment Vetting purposes in line with national recommendations.
