- KR/EXTFIC/2018 Force Incident Commander - Chief Inspector

Applications are invited from substantive Inspectors to transfer on promotion as a Chief Inspector, Force Incident Commander with Lancashire Constabulary. Substantive Chief Inspectors are also eligible to apply to transfer. Applicants will be required to work 24/7 shifts including weekend working.

There is an expectation that the successful candidates will give a minimum 2 year commitment to the role.

Candidates will be assessed against the level 2 Competency Values Framework (CVF) throughout the process (application form and interview). To access the framework, please click the link attached.

It is essential that candidates wishing to apply for the FIC role are a qualified Tactical Firearms Commander (TFC).

Application forms will be paper sifted and candidates will be notified w/c 19 November as to whether they will progress to the interview stage of the recruitment process.

The interviews will take place on either the 27 or 29 November.
