The Head of Learning, Innovation and Workforce Capabilities will be responsible for developing and integrating a growing structure focused on three broad areas – Change Management, Workforce Development and Staff Engagement and Inclusion.

The post holder will have some flexibility to design and implement a new structure that meets these challenges, making best use of the talented people already supporting these areas of work.

To be successful, you will need to demonstrate an ability to support different ways of working and new ideas, as well as a strong background in managing cultural change within an organisation and delivering strong results.
