Lancashire Constabulary’s Corporate Development – Connect Department is seeking a Connect Systems Admin to be based at Headquarters.
Please note, this post is temporary until December 2018, subject to review.
The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free unlimited car parking on site.
The purpose of this role is to administer all major aspects of Northgate CONNECT; a strategic Case, Custody, Crime and Intelligence system. To be responsible for effective configuration, operation, and maintenance of the CONNECT system. Support the end user base with queries and issues and ensure that the system configuration is fit for purpose.
The support team office is covered 08:00-17:00 on an informal rota.
There will be an occasional requirement to perform on-call duties on an ad hoc basis for systems upgrades and if technical issues are being experienced outside of core hours.
All successful applicants will be subject to Vetting clearance.
