When I try to register I am told I have an existing account
The system uses email address as a unique identifier. Therefore, it is not possible to create two accounts with the same email address.
If you try to register with an e-mail address that already has a profile associated to it, you will receive the following error message:
"There is an existing account registered with the email address that you have entered. Please use the 'Password Reset' link on the left hand side of the homepage to reset your password."
You should use the same email address for all your applications so that they can be linked together.
How to retrieve your password
You can retrieve your password by clicking on the 'Change Password ' link on the left-hand menu of the registration page.
