- S203-18 DBS Disclosure Officer (LC5)

Lancashire Constabulary’s Disclosure & Barring Service Department is seeking a DBS Disclosure Officer to be based at Hutton.

The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free unlimited car parking on site.

The purpose of this role is to undertake checks on behalf of the Disclosure and Barring Service for employment purposes in relation to posts that are eligible for an Enhanced DBS Check. To process applications by conducting checks and research on various databases in order to identify both relevant and non-relevant information using the Unit’s specific search criteria and the DBS Quality Assurance Framework (QAF).

All successful applicants will be subject to Vetting clearance.

Applicants should also note that there is a minimum UK residency criterion of three years for Recruitment Vetting purposes in line with national recommendations.
