Applications are invited from substantive Superintendents for promotion to the rank of Chief Superintendent, Head of Contact Management & Response.
Candidates will be assessed against the level 3 Competency Values Framework (CVF) throughout the process (application form and interview). To access the framework, please click the link attached.
Application forms will be paper sifted and candidates will be notified 9 January 2019 as to whether they will progress to the interview stage of the recruitment process.
The interviews will take place 18 January 2019.
The panel will consist of the Chief Constable, Deputy Chief Constable and a HR Professional.
You must ensure your PDR and CPD is up-to-date. and a copy should be sent to PolicePromotions@lancashire.pnn.police.uk.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks including a medical and vetting.
