Lancashire Constabulary’s Learning & Development Division is seeking a Driving Standards Analyst to be based at Hutton Headquarters. The site is accessible by public transport and there is also free car parking on site. 

The purpose of this role is to analyse available data relating to driving standards to inform a risk-based approach to proactively deliver continuous improvement in driver standards throughout the organisation. To be responsible for presenting evidence-based recommendations to the organisation to reduce vehicle incidents, injury and no-fault claims.
