Applications are invited for the post of an NDORS Practical Trainer within the HQ Operations NDORS Team based at Hutton Headquarters. This post is available on a temporary (31st May 2024) basis. Please note that this vacancy is full time.

The purpose of this role is to deliver and monitor practical course delivery in respect to the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS) and other driver safety schemes in Lancashire to meet organisational demand ensuring content complies with NDORS requirements where applicable.

You will monitor the delivery of NDORS courses by other trainers to ensure compliance with relevant standards, providing feedback to SRU Administrative Manager and updating associated records when necessary, maintain up to date knowledge of force and UKROEd policies in relation to diversionary courses and associated procedures; ensure compliance and provide advice and guidance on driver retraining courses, demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering a high standard of service with an emphasis on quality at all times and have a flexible attitude towards work, this role requires working remotely across Lancashire with occasional office cover at HQ Hutton.
