Lancashire Constabulary’s Contact Management Department is seeking a Front Counter Assistant to be based at Burnley and Pendle.
The purpose of this role is act as an initial point of contact with members of the public visiting Police Stations within the Constabulary and deal with a wide variety of general enquiries.
Working arrangements will be in accordance with the attached rota, subject to change.
