Applications are invited for the post of Estates & Facilities Management Business Analyst, within the Estates SMT, based at Hutton HQ. This post is temporary until 31st March 2025 

The purpose of this role is to take a lead role in EFM related performance development issues and business processes, offering guidance and advice. To undertake and coordinate routine and bespoke research, ensuring the accurate and timely provision of data. To conduct profiling of business activities in order to identify and develop new ways of continuous improvement for the department. Will be responsible for applying analytical techniques to a diverse range of scenarios and data sets with a view to drawing conclusions, recommendations or inferences.
