CONNECT is a strategic ICT platform used by our operational policing and support teams within Lancashire Constabulary. We have numerous vacancies to be part of this high functioning support team, to deliver a first-class customer service to our CONNECT users.

As a CONNECT Customer Service Advisor you will offer first line support for all users that are experiencing issues with the CONNECT ICT system and aim to resolve each customers query as efficiently as possible. Training on the CONNECT System will be provided and will enable you to provide advice in relation to the day to day use of CONNECT to make sure the system is being used to its full capability.

Working closely with your team you will work to investigate problems, develop solutions and escalate incidents to the second line support team promptly, in order to minimise disruption to users and the Constabulary.

About you:

You will be a customer focused and problem solving individual, who is comfortable with providing advice and guidance to colleagues, whilst sometimes having difficult conversations. Excellent ICT skills and knowledge will really aid you in this role, as will the drive and passion to investigate and solve each query as efficiently as possible.
