Lancashire Constabulary’s Contact Management Department is seeking a Public Enquiry Assistant to be based at Blackburn (Cluster 7).

The purpose of this role is to act as an initial point of contact with members of the public visiting Police Stations within the Constabulary and deal with a wide variety of general enquiries. To maintain and undertake administrative procedures associated with the Public Enquiry Office.

The successful candidate will be required to work in accordance with the attached rota.

PLEASE NOTE, this job is temporary until 30 June 2017 subject to review.
