Applications are invited for the post of Customer Care Advisor, within the Professional Standards Department's Complaints and Misconduct Team, based at Headquarters.

The purpose of this role is to continually improve confidence and satisfaction with the service provided by Lancashire Constabulary by highlighting good practice and identifying and resolving potential customer dissatisfaction at an early stage.
