The recruitment aspect of the role involves:

Supporting the Recruitment and Resourcing Officers in organising and declaring internal and external vacancies for the force.

You will be responsible for creating and posting adverts on the internal and external pages whilst liaising with outsourced partner agencies. You will also be designing eye-catching and engaging social media posts to advertise the vacancies.

The resourcing aspect of the role involves:

Communicating with departments and line managers to ensure police staff and officers are placed correctly within the force. Providing an exceptional level of customer service is essential in maintaining good working relationships.

Each day is different within the Resourcing team so you must be able to prioritise a busy workload and manage your time efficiently. You will use a wide range of computer programmes and software to fulfil your daily tasks. A basic understanding is essential; however, a full training package will be provided.

You will receive a salary between £21,029.21 - £25,353 in addition to a wide range of additional benefits such as:
