Lancashire Constabulary would like to offer you the exciting opportunity to become a crucial part of their busy Contact Management Team, as a Police Control Room Operator.
If you are a dynamic, customer focused individual with excellent communication skills then this role will give you the opportunity to provide an essential service to the public, by taking and dealing with both emergency and non-emergency calls.
Please note the recruitment process will include online psychometric tests, for those candidates who successfully pass the application shortlisting.

The planned training and start date will be October 2022.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ANNUAL LEAVE WILL NOT BE PERMITTED DURING THE TRAINING PERIOD.
If successful, you will be permanently based at Lancashire Constabulary Hutton Headquarters.
Police Control Room Operators are required to work on a full-time basis covering a 24 hour, 7 days a week rota, including weekends, Bank Holidays including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day (example attached).
